Independent event; no affiliation
NIL Agent Summit is an independent educational and networking event. Unless expressly stated in writing, it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the NCAA, any conference, university, professional league, players association, government agency or licensing body.
Educational information; no professional advice
Sessions, clinics, state-law summaries, templates, fictional laboratories and platform content are for general education only. They are not individualized legal, tax, investment, financial-planning, accounting, insurance, eligibility, recruiting, employment or compliance advice. Laws and rules change. Participants must consult their own qualified professionals and official authorities.
No endorsement, certification or guarantee
Attendance, sponsorship, exhibiting, speaking, a profile, a badge or document review does not mean NIL Agent Summit recommends, certifies, licenses or endorses a person or organization. Verification means only that specified documents were reviewed at a stated time. We do not guarantee credentials remain current, athlete eligibility, representation, roster positions, clients, NIL deals, payment, exposure or business results.
Athlete and minor protections
Athlete contact information is not sold. Agents, sponsors and other attendees do not receive athlete or minor contact information without appropriate permission. Minors require parent or guardian participation and consent. Users may not circumvent privacy controls, contact athletes improperly, exploit confidential information or use the platform to facilitate recruiting inducements or unlawful activity.
Networking and private meeting rooms
The summit may provide scheduling tools, tables or meeting space but is not a party to conversations, professional relationships, contracts or representation agreements. Participants are responsible for due diligence, conflicts checks, licensure, registration, consent, supervision, safeguarding and independent advice.
Agent verification and directory disclosures
Public profiles display only approved fields. Identification, references, insurance records, registration documentation and disciplinary materials are private. Users must provide accurate, current information and timely updates. Sponsorship or attendance never upgrades verification status. The summit may deny, suspend or remove access while reviewing documented concerns.
Tickets, payments, refunds and transfers
Prices, deadlines, inclusions, discount rules, refund windows and transfer restrictions shown at checkout govern the transaction. Stripe and PayPal process payment credentials under their own terms. We do not store complete card or PayPal credentials. Event dates, rooms, speakers, sessions and format may change. Travel and lodging are the attendee’s responsibility unless expressly included.
Sponsors, exhibitors and lead capture
Sponsors do not control educational conclusions. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement. Sponsors and exhibitors may collect attendee information only with disclosed permission and must follow applicable privacy and marketing laws. Giveaways, opportunities and claims are the sponsor’s responsibility. Athlete data is not transferred merely because a party sponsors the event.
Recordings, photography and publicity
Events may be photographed or recorded. Ticket-specific notices and releases describe permitted uses and available opt-out or restricted-area procedures. Speakers must own or have permission to use submitted materials and must disclose recording limitations. Attendees may not record confidential clinics, private meetings or protected participants without authorization.
Intellectual property and fictional contract laboratory
NIL Agent Summit names, original content, reports, recordings and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Contract-laboratory scenarios are fictional. Real athlete contracts may not be uploaded or displayed without authorization and appropriate redaction. AI or digital-replica exercises must respect publicity, privacy and intellectual-property rights.
Acceptable use, safety and prohibited conduct
Harassment, discrimination, threats, impersonation, false credentials, hidden fees, guaranteed-deal claims, unauthorized practice of law, misuse of data, malicious uploads, spam, scraping, ticket duplication and unlawful solicitation are prohibited. Access may be restricted to protect people, evidence and event operations.
Complaints, evidence and due process
Reports are treated as allegations until reviewed. The platform may preserve evidence, restrict access and share information with counsel, insurers, authorities or institutions when legally permitted or required. It will not publicly declare wrongdoing before appropriate review. Procedures may include notice, investigation, interim restrictions, response, resolution, suspension and appeal.
Privacy and data practices
We collect registration, profile, ticket, meeting, inquiry, verification, payment-reference, check-in and engagement data needed to operate the summit. Sensitive verification records have restricted access and are not public. We use reasonable safeguards but no system is perfectly secure. Users may request access, correction or deletion subject to legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, evidence-preservation and contractual obligations.
Accessibility and accommodations
We aim to provide an accessible website and event. Accommodation requests should be submitted through the Contact page as early as practical. We will engage in a good-faith process, but a requested accommodation may depend on venue, timing, safety and available alternatives.
State-law center and changing information
Any agent-law database must show its last-reviewed date, jurisdiction and official source. It is a research aid, not a substitute for checking the current statute, regulator, institution or counsel. Estimated or incomplete information will be labeled and corrected transparently.
Limitation and event risk
Participation involves ordinary travel, venue, technology, networking and event risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, users are responsible for their own decisions, property, devices, health needs, conduct and professional relationships. Final ticket terms will state any jurisdiction-specific limitations, force-majeure provisions and dispute procedures.
